Why am I seeing this page?

If you are attempting to place an order and are having problems completing your order please note that the shopping cart cannot process orders that have two different shipping methods.  For example Online Repair Payments do not require shipping. All other products require shipping.  If you are having problems please separate your items into two separate orders. Online Repair Payments into one order and your remaining products in to a second order. In most cases this will solve the problem. 

International Customers (those outside the United States)

Any and all Tax and Duty are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship Priority International via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Additional potential hidden fee: Some credit card companies may charge an exchange rate that you will not see until you receive your credit card statement.

How quickly will my order take to process?

Online product orders* are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Product orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday for shipment on Tuesday.

Repairs are subject to repair time and processing, once your order is received you will receive and email letting you know your repair has arrived at DUI. Once repairs are tested, you will receive either a call from DUI or an additional email outlining your repair costs and an estimated time of when it will ship. Once repairs are completed, you will receive a final email informing you that your repairs are complete and will be shipping the following business day. Please contact DUI Customer Support if you have further questions on your repairs.

I submitted credit card information online for my drysuit repair. Why is the website charging me $0.01 for the repair?

DUI's finance department places a hold on your card for $0.01 in order to hold your credit card information for when your suit repair is complete. Your card will be charged the full amount of the repair once your repair is completed and ready for shipment.

*Promotional item orders may take 2-4 weeks for processing depending on volume of orders received.  We appreciate your patience.  If you have an urgent need for a promotional item order please email Support@DUI-Online.com.  Make sure to include your order number in your email.
